Keep It Moving is an online fitness video membership founded in 2020 by Kimberly Dolan of Philadelphia, PA. Born out of a lifelong love of dance and physical fitness, Kim has taken her years of teaching experience and turned it into a full virtual community.

Members get live classes via private Zoom rooms, on-demand classes in the members-only video library, hip-hop dance choreography routines, fitness videos, and even nutritional cooking videos.

Live Virtual Fitness Classes

K.I.M.'s flagship offering is her live virtual dance fitness classes. With an extensive background of teaching dance and dance fitness in person, Kim brings the same energy, music, and connection to live Zoom classes — so you can show up from anywhere.

What Makes K.I.M. Different

Instead of traditional, robotic aerobic moves, Kim's movements are free-flowing, expressive and dance-based. There's no need for perfection — just follow the flow and have fun.

What's In A Class

Each class consists of a warm-up, main section, and cool-down. Two main types: dance classes (dance-infused, fun, aerobic) and circuit training (short bursts of strength + cardio with breaks). Everyone moves at their own pace, in their own way. Kim is right there cheering you on.

On-Demand Virtual Fitness Classes

In addition to live classes, on-demand recordings are available in the members-only virtual classes archive. Kim makes these recordings available for people who can't always make it to a live class — and the best part is you can watch them again and again.

If you found a class with songs or moves you love, keep coming back to it. These recordings are not available anywhere else online — members only means members only.
